A rich, creamy sweet potato and butternut squash soup topped with brie crouton and pancetta crumb. Accompanied by sourdough bread and Welsh butter
Duck and Orange Pate
A smooth pate of duck liver, orange and Cointreau. Topped with an orange and Cointreau jelly and served with toasted flatbread, cornichons and red onion marmalade
Bloody Mary Seafood Salad
Scallops and Atlantic prawns with celery and avocado in our bloody Mary dressing made with Brecon Black vodka. Dusted with cayenne pepper and served with sourdough bread, lemon and Welsh butter.
Parsnip Rosti
Shredded parsnip, potato, carrot and leek. Seasoned and pan fried. Served with tossed salad garnish and a smoky tomato sauce

All of our stunning main courses are accompanied by goose fat roasted potatoes, honey glazed parsnips, buttered chantenay carrots, glazed brussel sprouts and garden peas.
Ty’r Winch Turkey Ballotine
Tender turkey breast escalope wrapped in bacon, stuffed with pork and cranberry stuffing and coated in our famous orange and cranberry glaze. Slow roasted and served with a giant pig in blanket and topped with cranberry and white wine jus
Braised Rib of Beef with Bourguignon Sauce
Beef rib, slow cooked in rich full-bodied Malbec with garlic, thyme and bay leaf. Generously sliced and topped with pancetta, baby onions and chestnut mushrooms.
Whole Poussin
Baby spring chicken simply seasoned and roasted. Served with sage and onion stuffing and a white wine and thyme gravy
Monkfish Tail
Pancetta wrapped tail fillet of monkfish stuffed with lemon and thyme and gently pan fried. Topped with rocket and cherry tomatoes and accompanied by a lemon and herb butter sauce.
Mediterranean Vegetable Tart
Crisp basil and maize pastry case filled with a slow roasted tomato sauce topped with grilled courgettes, red & yellow peppers, red onions and cherry tomatoes all baked together with an herb crumb

Traditional Christmas Pudding
Steamed spiced pudding, laced with brandy and packed with vine fruits and ginger. Served with our home-made Remy Martian VSOP brandy sauce
Strawberry and Prosecco Truffle
A light vanilla sponge base topped with layers of white chocolate, strawberry and prosecco flavoured truffle, decorated with strawberry glaze, strawberry half and white chocolate shavings
Spiced Cranberry Pannacotta
Set double cream infused with mulled wine and cranberries. Served with a white chocolate ganache.
Festive Cheeseboard
A specially selected combination of Caws Cenarth Brie, Snowdonia cranberry cheddar and Snowdonia apricot and brandy cheddar. Accompanied by raisin and cranberry toasts, Welsh ale chutney, green grapes and celery sticks.
