  • Starters

    Game Pate Gf - Smooth chicken liver pate with textures of venison, partridge, pheasant and bacon. Topped with a port and rosemary gel, and served with toasted French bread fingers, cornichon pickles and chef's cranberry and red onion marmalade.


    Spiced Parsnip & Ginger Soup Gf, Df, V, Ve - Warming, gently spiced parsnip soup with a hint of stem ginger. Topped with a Peal Las cheese crouton, fresh cream and bacon crumb, accompanied by a wholegrain tin loaf and Welsh butter


    Lemon & Pepper Smoked Salmon Gf - Delicate king prawn and creme fraiche mousse topped with lemon and black pepper marinated smoked salmon. Served with balsamic dressed leaves, wholegrain tin loaf and Welsh butter.


    Giant Pigs in Blankets Df - A trio of home made pork sausages wrapped in smoked streaky bacon, glazed with honey & mustard, and served with a cranberry gravy dip.

    All served with roasted chantenay carrots, balsamic glazed sprouts, garden peas, honey roasted parsnips and duck fat roasted potatoes


    Turkey Ballentine - Df Gf Turkey breast escalope and sage & onion stuffing wrapped in streaky bacon and glazed with fresh orange and cranberry. Freshly roasted and served with a whitre wine, cranberry & orange gravy, and a giant honey & mustard pig in blanket.


    Confit Duck Gf, Df - Slow cooked leg of duck with garlic & herbs. Pan crisped and served on a bed of braised red cabbage with a plum and ginger jus.


    Venison Wellington - Venison haunch wrapped in a wild mushroom and chestnut duxeelle, serano ham and golden puff pastry. Baked to order and served pink with a a redcurrant & port sauce.


    Roasted Cod Loin Gf, Df - Oven roasted loin of cod topped with a rich and creamy sauce of tomato, cream and seafood.


    Festive Burger Gf, Df - Turkey and cranberry burger topped with a sage & onion stuffing patty, brie & cranberry chutney. Served in a soft brioche bun with a honey & mustard pig in blancket, mini roast potatoes and cranberry gravy

    Yule Log Cheesecake Ve - Cheesecake filled and rolled chocolate sponge base topped with a thick creamy vanilla cheese. Served with vanilla rum & cinnamon Chantilly.


    Christmas Pudding Gf, Df, Ve, V - Traditional pudding made with brandy soaked fruits and citrus. Accompanied by our famour Remy Martin VSOP sauce.
