We like to vary the choices for our stunning freshly cooked Sunday roast menu every week. Below is an example of a typical week's options

Main Dishes

Our roasts are cooked fresh every Sunday morning. Our giant Yorkshire puddings are made just before service and fresh seasonal vegetables cooked throughout the afternoon for maximum freshness. Our gravy is slow cooked over many hours using meat juices and beef bones for a rich flavour. If you would like more veg, gravy or potatoes simply ask - no charge.

Chef's Pie

Slow cooked meats, seasonal vegetables and rich sauces encased in shortcrust pastry, topped with puff pastry and served with double cooked chips or garlic and chive mash, garden peas and gravy

Large, whole scampi tails in golden breadcrumbs. Served with double cooked chips, home made tartare sauce and peas

Welsh Faggots

Locally made faggots. Served with garlic and chive mash, peas and gravy

Vegetarian Wellington

A tasty medley of mushroom, chestnuts and cranberry, encased in puff pastry. Served as a Sunday roast

Belgian chocolate Orange Brownie  

2 warm Belgian chocolate orange brownies served with double cream

Ice Cream

Choose from our quality Vanilla, Strawberry, Salted Caramel or Chocolate

Caffe Latte Cake

Double layer of coffee sponge, caffe latte buttercream and topped with white chocolate shavings

and served with pouring cream

 

Spotted Dick

Traditional steamed suet sponge and vine fruits served with custard
