Hosted in our private Function Suite , the evening features a carefully curated multi-course tapas menu , created by Spanish chef Jimmy Miranda alongside Head Chef Sam . Each course is thoughtfully paired with wines selected and presented by wine sommelier Tristan Hawkins , guiding you through the flavours and stories behind each pairing. The night begins with a glass of fizz on arrival , followed by an unhurried journey through food and wine — informal, engaging, and all about enjoying the experience.
