Here at Ty'r Winch we like to help young chefs progress and find their passion.


This home made ravioli starter, with mushroom & cream filling and topped with a cream sauce, is a creation by the young Domonic. We're proud to say this dish has been well received by our discerning guests. Unfortunately it sold out in a couple days, but our creative brigade of chefs will have many more dishes for you to try each and every day.


Well done Dom and all the fantastic team of chef's who have been coaching him on his journey so far.
